A week ago, communications installation 0000102 went online just to loose it's signal a few days later. MANTIS command sent out a special forces team to investigate. They suspected Octan saboteurs, but what they found was much worse. - A creature they named the Spitting Devil, had decided to make the communications array its nest. Their MANTIS™ Death Ray Blaster© had little effect on the creature's thick exoskeleton, so they had to call in for some bigger guns. Hawk got the privilege to fly his X-33 to take the creature out. - - Another view of the spitting devil of Kaalin. - A close up of the MANTIS special forces Warthog transport. - - And Hawks X-33 fighter.
