Hiya! Nee forum member but long time AFOL. After doing the whole "dark ages" thing I've found the love for my old sets, including my 7722, 4543 and 7715.

So far I've only come close to completing my 7722 (with the 4543 following closely behind).

The progress so far...

Hopefully completed in a week or 2 after I source the battery compartment :-)

It's a great touch. I think lego must have sent custom sticker packs to each country.

Back then, train sets had stickers for multiple countries in Europe (DK, BD, GB etc..)

I have such fond memories of 7722- my first train set! I remember the forklift that came with it and an awful lot of fun just loading and unloading the 2 pallets from that flat car.

Me Too... My first Lego train set was a 7722!

Mine is slowly under going a PF refit and like any train refit in this country it will take five years longer then planned, the budget will blow out and become a parliamentary issue next election

There was a BR logo options on the stick set and DB, SNCF, etc etc...
