Isundir Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 (edited) A ruined fortification, somewhere in the Badlands, home to the Wyrmstooth mercenaries. "You see lady Vermillion, my men are well trained and well worth the price." Cassandra looked out over the battlements and into the courtyard were men were exchanging blows with swords and halberds and loosing arrows. "Well what do you think milady?" "It's Captain Vermillion, not milady and you and your men will still have to prove yourselves. We have a mission, if you complete it you'll get your fee and you can consider yourselves part of Locklears grand new army." - In retrospect I'd liked the build to not be so Light Bley as it is and am not wholly satisfied with the placement of the majority of the minifigs (most of which looked fine irl but due to the perspective in the picture look kind of weird). After leaving the travelling performers, mostly recuperated from his wounds albeit gravely scarred, Kain encounters a band of mercenaries known as the Wyrmstooth. He decides to join this band with the purpose of regaining his combat skills and to plan ahead his vengeance on the necromancer. Edited November 5, 2015 by Isundir Quote
Gary The Procrastinator Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 I like the curved wall and the details in the fortress itself very much. If you are open to a little c&c, I think the courtyard could use some more ground cover over those exposed symetric rows of studs, but that's just my own taste. Quote
-Noel- Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 Nice! I like the curved wall and the little canopy over the door. Quote
Isundir Posted November 6, 2015 Author Posted November 6, 2015 (edited) Thanks guys, I agree I could've done with more ground texture as well (I wasn't feeling so well so I ended up being a bit sloppy). Edited November 6, 2015 by Isundir Quote
