Here is my modular pub, Design is based on the ship anson pub in portsmouth.

The roof does overhang a little so works best when placed next to shorter buildings such as the detective office, however if the outer edge of the roof is removed then it can be placed next to taller buildings.

I was going to think of an original name for the pub, but if the grand emporium can be called "shop" and the pet shop called "pets" then i think a pub named "pub" works for me.

No interior at the moment, I'll work on this next.

Yes, the overhanging roof is a thing for modular purists like me, but I definitely like this build.

It really has that Tudor feel to it. Well done!

Looking forward to seeing an interior.

Keep clicking those bricks together!

Very well done. I like the timber Tudor style. Very effective here.

But most of all I like the nougat and dark green combination. I've been meaning to do a modular with those colors. They work really well together and they do not disappoint here.

The roof is a neat feature, but I agree on it bothering the purist in me.

Looks very nice. I really like the use of the turntable bases for added texture. I wonder if using dark green windows would at all help, or would that be too much dark green? Looks lovely either way.
