notaromantic Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 If you were a minifigure, would you glue yourself together? ____________________________________ Quote
x105Black Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 No way! I'd like to change my pants from time to time. Quote
KlodsBrik Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 No way! I'd like to change my pants from time to time. Hahaha ... And also headpiece. Wouldnt walk around being yellow all the time with the same classic smile on my face. Sometimes its nice to be transparent as well Quote
xboxtravis7992 Posted October 31, 2015 Posted October 31, 2015 Hmmm... If I was in an AFOL collection I would feel pretty safe without glue, if he changed me at least it would be some sort of logical custom fig bashing. But if I was in a KFOL collection I would consider glue to prevent my headpiece from becoming a permanent torso-less head... Quote
Tezclatipoca Posted October 31, 2015 Posted October 31, 2015 Ha ! Really philosophical question ... I think I would say no to such an heresy ! No glue for me thank you. I'd like to change some of my parts from time to time. Quote
Space Police XVIII Posted October 31, 2015 Posted October 31, 2015 Depends on whether I've got massive cracks running up the sides of my torso. Quote
A Gallifreyan Cat Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 A good point in the constant battlefield of purism. Personally, all use of glue defeats LEGO's primary purpose. Quote
dr_spock Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 If on a keychain or fridge magnet, then glued. If for display purposes only on a shelf, then no glue. Quote
obsidianheart Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 The ladies say that I have a magnetic charm, so I suppose I would come that way from the factory. Then some guy looking to make a quick buck on eBay would pull my pin, leave a gnarly hole in the back of my torso, and sell me on the auction site as "New just opened out of set" for $35. Quote

Nobody would be safe in my collection (I'm only about 10 short, poor headless minifigs). However no kragel for me! Quote
