Legopard Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 Big Hero 6 is probably the most underrated SuperHero-Movie. I really liked it, so I wanted to build something inspired by all the detailed scenes. With a SuperHero-Hideout Contest on Imperium der Steine I got the perfect opportunity to build Hiro Hamada's workshop. This is the screenshot my version is based on: More pictures from different angles can be found here or click on the picture: Best Jonas *fist bump* Quote
KlodsBrik Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 I havent watched the movie, but this build is truly stunning. So much details on the interior without making it look cluttered. Truly a masterpiece ! Love it, and good luck with the competition. Quote
Bricky Dee Williams Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 Nice build! The movie wasn't my favorite, but your build truly captures it all! Well done. Quote
Graham Gidman Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 Perhaps underrated as a super hero movie, but it did quite well as a Disney/Pixar. Really awesome, Jonas! Quote
Ultron Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Perhaps underrated as a super hero movie, but it did quite well as a Disney/Pixar. Actually it's not pixar Love it! Makes me wish we got sets for this movie. Quote

Brickadier General Posted November 13, 2015 Posted November 13, 2015 Wow, your 1st photograph really sells this - Excellent composition! I love the attention to detail, including toying around with perspective by angling the walls like you did. Hope you win! Quote
Ninja Bomb Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 This is wonderful! I'm glad that you also posted the screenshot that you based your MOC on. It provides a lot of insight about which details to keep and which ones to leave out when attempting to recreate a scene. You seem to have struck the perfect balance. And are those minifig brief cases used for drawers? Quote
