master74 Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 (edited) Hello, I am often in this forum about our favorite hobby, but mostly as a reader of the posts. But now I have a problem, and for that I need the expertise of you professionals. I am currently busy setting up my BrickLink-store to sell my big LEGO collection. Now I've found a lot of stones in blue color, which I unable to assign. As you can see in the picture below, there are two shades of blue (1.??? and 2 ???), Which I can not recognize. Dark blue, normal (bright) blue and both azure blue are known. I have inserted this for comparison. But what color are the other two? 1.??? = These could be Royal Dark Blue? 2 ??? = I think for Maersk Blue that are too dark, or not? I searched long time and studied many color lists at all known pages about Lego. Old lists, new lists, Google Pics, but nowhere can I find a similar color. I hope someone can give me a hint or the solution. It would be a shame to throw away the parts, just because I do not know what color they are. Picture I hope, the link works. Many thanks to all helpers. Edited October 12, 2015 by master74 Quote
Space Police XVIII Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 #2 looks like Maersk Blue, but I wouldn't bet money on it. Quote
master74 Posted October 12, 2015 Author Posted October 12, 2015 #2 looks like Maersk Blue, but I wouldn't bet money on it. That was also my first thought, but compared with pictures of the maesk sets, these seem a bit too dark for Maersk blue. Quote
zux Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 I would suggest asking same question on BL forum. There are much more experienced guys knowing their colors! Quote

You were right, the BL-people have really help me very quickly. For those who might have similar questions, the answer is: No.1 = Old Bricks (Regular Blue) Just an off blue color. Some users have tons of too. No.2 = this is medium blue But thanks for your help and the tip with BL. Quote
