lego's last star wars set (speculation)

:'-)i was thinking that for tlc last star wars set should be like a commemorative set, of every lego star wars figure they ever made with a card saying what set they where in and what year they where released in.

should come with like for example yellow luke pilot from 1999 and a flesh tone pilot luke from 2007 or something

it'd be fitting.

tell me what you guys(and gals?) think

it would be nice like a time line like i said in my previous post that it could have a card saying:

Luke in pilot uniform : first release 1999

released in sets: x-wing 1999 snow speeder 1999/200 (cant remember)

(little info on the fig) this was the first edition of the pilot luke etc.

that would be cool imo

lego probably wont do it in 1 set or old figs unfortunatly

that would be clones,rebels,stormies droids and jedi by the millions!

I'll go with the thumb wars guy, I reckon it should be a HUGE MASSIVE pack that includes all the characters made, probably only fleshtone though. Maybe they would split it in two, OT minifig pack and PT minifig pack.

Or a life sized lego deathstar! :-D

Set 7999: Everyone Dies.

Basically every Jedi we waited for during the entire production run. All with reversable living/dead faces.

Ok, not really. The "last set" will just be whatever 4 or 5 they put out at the end, which probably won't be anytime near the official date we currently think. I have no doubt this line will be dragged out far beyond the time it should, and that's tough to say since I like it.

Real guess would probably make it something like the 15th version of the X-Wing.

I think they should release the first set again as the last set in honor of the awesome line they made.

They could always do a series of chess sets.

Storm troopers and rebel troopers as pawns

black king = palpatine

black queen = vader (yeah I know, but who else?)

black bishop = imperial gaurd

black knight = tie pilot

black rook = star destroyer/death star

white king = luke

white queen = leah

white bishop = yoda/obiwan

white knight = han solo/lando

white rook = blockade runner/falcon

Obviously a lot of variations are posible here - the above could be the new hope set. Another could be the Hoth battla set, another replaces all the minifigs with minimodels of x-wings and tie fighters etc. A jabba's palace version. And if your really have to, episodes 1-3 version.

Perhpas a deck of cards like the current city cards. Spades = Imperial characters, hearts = rebels, clubs = bounty hunters, diamonds = droids.

Oh and I Richard James claim copyright on these ideas.

yes quite so for army building (i dont know how to play chess so id just use it for army building) and as a + side it would only be
