Lego make a mistake in 5004590 Batpod

Lego make a big mistake by creating the Batpod.

The rims are light bluish grey, but the rims of the tumbler are black.

So the rims of the Batpod must be black too!

Am I correct?

You are correct. Although you'd also be hard pressed to find a licensed Lego set that doesn't have at least one color inaccuracy somewhere. It's a frequent occurrence.
