Why not build it in red now and make it look like you fixed her up ? Not quite the purpose of a Rat Rod. You don't "fix them Up" to look "good" They look good the way they are. A "fixed up" Rat Rod, is a Hot Rod. The whole purpose of a Rat Rod, back in it's origins, was a counter to the market being flooded with high priced "Hot Rods" that you couldn't even drive, were made just for shows.
