potato Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 (edited) I have a some 3D modeled gear I would like to print for my minifigs, the problem is I don't know the exact scale, I've found some diagrams, but none have the diameter of the neck, or the diameter of the inside of the hands or head stud. I need all of those to print my gear, if anyone knows these exact sizes that would be great, thanks! P.S. body thickness and width would be great too! Edited September 9, 2015 by potato Quote
deraven Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 This here should be all you need: http://legoexpress.tumblr.com/post/234195282 Dimensions are in mm and you can extrapolate everything you need since it's all in-System (hole in head stud is same as hand opening @ 3.1mm, width of neck is the same as standard stud @ 5mm, etc.). Some areas may be off by hundredths of a mm (studs I believe are actually 4.98mm, for instance), but I don't imagine your 3D printer is that accurate anyway! Enjoy! Quote
deraven Posted September 11, 2015 Posted September 11, 2015 Sure thing! And welcome to Eurobricks, by the way! Quote
