LEGO Ideas question

Does anyone know how to contact them in case there is something wrong/misunderstood about the project being submitted...some forum or e-mail or something?

I have some ridiculous problem with them lately when they are saying I can not have number in my project name BUT they allow exactly this like 3 times before with all of my previous models I have submitted (the latest one like less than 30 days ago!) although I did try to explain it at least in the project description but it looks like they did not even bother to read it.

First off: Ideas is way understaffed. As far as we know Tim Courtney is the only person who doesn't work on something else besides Ideas.

Their support email is support.ideas@lego.com which can be a little slow.

My latest entry went weird as well - it got rejected supposedly because not every word in the title started with an uppercase, which is weird considered it could be made automatic if that's really a requirement.
