obsidianheart Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 This is ridiculously impressive! Great build! Quote
Andy D Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Great depiction of the farm house scene from the 1953 movie. When I was a kid, that was the scariest scene in the movie. Great tripod and tanks. Though I do not remember the tanks in the farm scene. This really brings back memories, maybe I'll have to watch it again soon.... Andy D Quote
deraven Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Lovely microscale build! Nice parts usage on the frogs, and the tanks are great! Quote
peedeejay Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 Oh my.. You never fail to impress. As always the part usage is outstanding. Wow! Quote
Andy D Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 (edited) QUESTION: is it render or real LEGO bricks? Is there a design program (LDD or LDraw or...) that allows you to stack frogs like that? My guess is ... Bricks. Andy D Edited August 16, 2015 by Andy D Quote
___ Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 (edited) Is there a design program (LDD or LDraw or...) that allows you to stack frogs like that? My guess is ... Bricks. Andy D Actually, if you know how to do it it can definitely be done at least in LDD, so...that was not answer to my question (tho I see your guess, thanx), still waiting for the answer from the builder (tho I too think it is made of bricks, just that strange high unnatural reflection is something that makes me believe maybe it is render). vitreolum Posted August 16, 2015 Author Posted August 16, 2015 Thanks a lot guys! @bublible It's in bricks, the reflection was caused by the way I positioned the lights from under the build rather than up as I usually do, which created too much glare. Quote
