Is there a good way of converting LDraw inventories to LDD format?

Some old set inventories like http://brickset.com/sets/1361-1/Camera-Car have a lot of missing parts.

But if I push http://brickset.com/inventories/1361-1/rebrickable link, I will see inventories with another format of part IDs, than LDD uses

For example, instead of 73200 for legs, it will be 970c00.

I wonder, is there a full map between these identificators?

Does anyone use LDraw inventory list?
