Luckypat Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 Hello everyone :) Yesterday I completed a small 16 by 16 moc. I aimed for an old room that is inhabited by a traveler/adventurer. The walls are designed to seem very old and worn down. A key to the door that is to the right sits next to the desk, which has a lit candle, two maps and a stone statue on. The table, chair and table have gold studded bottoms, that sit on top of a wooded floor. All feedback is welcome and greatly appreciated. Thank you, Pat Quote
Spud The Viking Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 Very simplistic yet so effective, lovely build Luckypat! Quote
Schreeuwwitje Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Nice little build, needs a story and a minifig ^^ then you have an even more awersome build Quote
Exetrius Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Great atmosphere, maybe the candle could have been a little less simple? Since this is a adventurer's room, I think it could use an artifact remenicent of some journey. That's all I can think of to improve it! Quote
TitusV Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Good build, looks really old, but maybe, if replace a few tiles with plates, your floor would look rougher... But IT could also been worn smooth with years if use Quote
LittleJohn Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Excellent little build! The wall texturing is great and I like the pot of flowers Quote
James Wellington Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Looks really cool for a small MOC on a 16x16 plate. You usually can't do to much, but you made it work! I'm sure Indiana Jones would've loved to explore this room. Quote
knight_40k Posted August 18, 2015 Posted August 18, 2015 I like how you did the walls and that chair is quite a clever build. Great work! Quote
