BATMAN!!

Haha, just kidding. Who I would really like to see is Weird Al Yankovic from the Batman: The Brave and the Bold crossover! :sweet:

I think Batman and Robin could actually happen, as they're characters rather than real-life performers, and thus wouldn't require approval / licensing from those stars or their estates; moreover, they're from another franchise that is already an active licensed theme (and one licensed from the same rightsholder as Scooby-Doo!, at that). There's even some precedent for it, with Batman's appearance in The LEGO Movie and a couple of the sets based on it. I therefore think Batman and Robin are by far the likeliest of these to appear in a Scooby-Doo! set - which is not to say it's a sure thing or anything like that, only that it's much more likely than the others.

But I think of those, the Harlem Globetrotters, Sonny and Cher, or Don Knotts would be the ones I'd most like to see. Batman and Robin might be the likeliest, but they're also the least needed, if simply because there are already scads of minifigures of them.

Actually all of them, perhaps as a collectible minifig series ?

They could easily fill a CMF series or two with guest stars, monsters, alternate versions of the gang (most notably red-shirt Shaggy from 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo), Scooby-Dum, Scooby-Dee... Charlie the Funland robot would be a great monster minifig to see.

For celebs, Don Knotts, Don Adams, Jonathan Winters, Phyllis Diller, Sandy Duncan, Sonny/Cher, Mama Cass, Batman/Robin, and the Globetrotters all stood out in my mind. KISS would be more contemporary given the new movie. There's also the (very slim) possibility of some of their fellow Hanna-Barbera spinoff/guest stars, like Josie & the Pussycats, Speed Buggy and his friends (it'd make for a good set, and get away from the Mystery Machine color theme) etc.

I vaguely remember Johnny Bravo appearing in an episode. I'd want to see that.

I think it might be the other way around. But it would still work.

I was thinking Josie & The Pussycats for some reason. :shrug_confused: Edited by samuraiturtle

I'd love to see John Cena, appear in a set. If only it was because we would get a Lego wrestling ring. Episode he starred in was pretty bad though.

As others have said, Batman and Robin would be cool figures to show up. Although, I already have enough Batman's as it is!

Batman and Robin are probably the only ones that both AFOLS and kids know. Sure, I would love a Don Knotts or Sonny and Cher among others, but kids have no idea who they are and would not share the same excitement as some of us older folks.

With the upcoming Lego Ideas marble maze set, if they do use sports balls in the set, perhaps they would make a basketball. That would work in favor of promoting a Harlem Globetrotter.

Well there are already was a basketball theme a long time ago so a basketball already exists, it just hasn't be used in a good while

I'd like to see Madelyn Dinkley from abracadabra doo. Basically she's Velma's younger sister. It hasn't been explained how much older Velma is, so my current headcanon is that they're twins. Aside from her, I'd like to see Scrappy, The gang's parents (Samuel Chastain and Wendy Rogers, Skip and Peggy Jones, Nedley and Elizabeth Blake and Mr. and Mrs. Dinkley), Hex Girls, and Blue Falcon and Dynomutt.
