Using Damper 2M in a 6W or 8W build's independent ball-and-socket

So I found out from here that this part 4198367.jpg can be used for suspension setups (see gif below)

My problem is integrating said part in a setup that lets all 4 wheels move independently as well as work well with the ball-and-socket axle seen below.
