It wouldn't fit properly the mini-doll's mouth would be hidden, however they could raise the mouth

I actually just tried it, remembered I had a minidoll, and it fits fine. Doesn't look that good though, with the huge gap in the front. It fits, at least!

10729 Disney Princess Cinderella's Carriage

Uhmm... since it's Junior, hopefully we can see a better Carriage large mold so that it can be more accurate than the previous version.

The first thing that came into my mind for 10725 Lost Temple was actually Indiana Jones.

This looks very interesting even though I had never owned a LEGO Juniors set. I heard it contain very good printed parts as well and very suited for children to bridge from Duplo to LEGO System sets.

We haven't seen anything from the Disney Princess line besides some of the animals and Ariel that's been movie accurate :P

Images of 2016 Juniors sets are found in lego.com cache

10725 Lost Temple is a Ninjago theme set.

The ATM in the police set is interesting and useful and is that a lime green motorbike? Other than that, nothing here interests me (not like 2015 where the Juniors sets had a bunch of VERY nice printed parts and minifigs)

Cinderella has a new face print!

Who's that guy in the Cinderella set?

Because he doesn't look like Prince Charming

Unfortunately the figures in the sets are based off the redesigns, if they weren't Cinderella would have red upright hair and a silver dress

The Lost Temple seems to FINALLY include a new door piece made to fit that archway! I'd been waiting for that ever since I noticed the hinges on that set, but this seems to be the first set to actually make use of them.

Any idea on when these could release? We can already rule out January. Perhaps they'll release alongside the Mighty Micros and the LEGO Minecraft sets? Maybe the February store calendar will shed some light.

There going to be out in March in North America, January elsewhere

It's interesting that we're now getting Ninjago Juniors sets. Typical Ninjago sets are aimed at ages 7–14 (some of the smaller ones like spinners and fliers go down to 6–14), and the TV series is rated TV-Y7 (FV) in the United States. But I have read a lot of comments on sites like Brickset from parents whose four- and five-year-olds enjoy the LEGO Ninjago TV series, so it does seem smart to introduce some sets aimed at that younger market.

I imagine when Ninjago was first starting out, LEGO might have been reluctant to introduce sets for such a young age since it might make older kids think less of the theme as a whole, but now that Ninjago is a highly successful evergreen theme, it can safely expand to include sets that younger fans can more easily enjoy.

I find it especially interesting that the new Ninjago Juniors sets include two brand-new Serpentine minifigures: a new version of Lasha (one of the original Serpentine characters from 2012) and an unnamed "Snake Villain". It's a shame the new snake doesn't get an actual name. The ninja minifigures are just mashups of previous ninja costumes, but they do look quite nice and I'm sure kids will like them.

As for the sets themselves, I like Snake Showdown (good designs for both the car and the bike), but I'm not so fond of the Lost Temple. It feels a bit piecemeal, though I understand the difficulty of creating an obstacle course/series of traps in such a small space, let alone creating a convincing brick-built dragon using building techniques appropriate for four-year-olds. I might just end up getting the new Serpentine figures via BrickLink.

Not entirely surprising, given the Iron Man vs. Loki set. But three minifigures in one set? I'd wager that will have a $20-$25 price tag.

Very unexpected set but still pretty cool. Similar to a those Lego City racer polybags we've gotten too many of yet this one seems much more complete and offers some cool printed parts. :classic::thumbup:
