I hope the Lakeside Lodge is a larger home, like the Family Home as opposed to a smaller build like Changing Seasons and the Beach Hut. And I hope the Corner Deli is more like the Bike Shop and Cafe as opposed to the significantly smaller Grocery and Toy Shop. That's if the Corner Deli isn't actually the Modular building for 2016. This set doesn't sound that promising, but might have potential. On the one hand we already got a shop selling food, too, in 31036. So the Corner Deli might be an Exclusive. On the other hand it's very hard to believe that an exclusive CC style set is mentioned in the line with regular sold sets. So it's very hard to say. Personally I really hope for it being not a CC style set but a regular Creator set since a deli would surely fit very well in my Lego City! Klaus-Dieter Quote

It's just the next one in the vein of the Bike Shop / Grocery Store Creator buildings. So we can be sure that the Corner Deli is going to be a regular sold Creator set like the Toy Shop & Grocery from 2015. I even bet that it'll be about the same size. Hopefully it'll be build again in the way that you it looks pretty good if the fronts are next to each other and the backs (meaing the sides with the interior) are open. Agent 86 Posted August 5, 2015 Posted August 5, 2015 Based on the Euro price points, can anyone tell if the Deli is going to be similarly sized to the larger Bike Shop and Café or the (much) smaller Grocery and Toy Store? It appears to be 10 Euros more expensive than the Lakeside Cabin, which I'm guessing will be Beach Hut sized as opposed to a larger residential home like many of the retired sets. Quote
