Shunter Train

Hey AFOLs.

I'm building a RC Shunter Train. I dont have an example in real, so I build the locomotive like i melikes it.

Features

• Light (just 1 PF-Light. because there is just one lamp ahead and behind)
  
• 2 PF-Train motors (I let some space for the cable of the second motor. -> longer baseplate 6x32)
  
• rotatable cockpit
  
• Batterybox, IR-Receivere and cables have enough space (must be covered by stickers)

My next steps will follow, eg. the sticker for the BatBox and the IR-Receiver.

The two lights are joined together most of the way down the wire. Unless you're modifying your wire, you won't be able to have them at opposite ends.

Having two of motors will generally mean a polarity switch is needed too, unless both motors are facing the same way (with no buffer on one) or on different outputs (not recommended).

The actual brick shape of the locomotive is very nice. And the color scheme sweet. Good to see that dark blue wi do get some love.

My PF-Lights have long cables for each lamp. So it should be no problem.

The second motor will be in the same direction and can have buffers, i tried it already with 7939.

how did you try that then with the buffers? (did you use the older RC trains? because those have different wires that you can rotate)

I used 88002 PF-Motors And there is enough space for buffers on both ends.
