Mike S Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Location: C04 - Aeristus Tags: Vehicle Voice Log of Mister S: "I was correct to be suspicious of the ease with which we captured Tom and Anna. At Aeristus, I had re-boarded the Kameko as orders had come in to move to another planet but the Kameko never left Aeristus, at least not with Kara and me on board... I was in my spacious new garage on the Kameko, working on an upgrade for an old KG-T300, when the sick Mantis agent we had captured along with Tom and Anna evidently broke out of quarantine. Seems that the Kameko's security systems were equipped to counter every possible threat except this one. Makes me wonder if when Mantis had planned this attack, they had first hand knowledge of all the Kameko's security systems and protocols. I immediately became suspicious that Wilhelm had leaked Mantis the intel but then realized that he had never had access to that level of clearance. Had to be someone high up in the ranks... and now that I think about it, it seems illogical. Anyway, I was in my garage when the alarms went off. Of course, as I knew how technologically advance the Kameko was, I dismissed them as simply a drill. That is until Kara came charging yelling at me to get in the T300 I must have froze in puzzlement as she ran behind me and pushed me to one of the T300's hatches. No sooner had I climbed in, the door through which Kara had just entered was ripped apart and a huge glowing, green, monster jammed itself through the opening. I say monster, because I have no idea what else to call it. Lucky for us, it got stuck in the doorway and Kara took several shots at it. This however seemed to do little more than infuriate it to the point that it grabbed a nearby shuttle trike that we used to get around the ship and flung it at us trailer and all. By this point I had helped Kara into the T300 and had its systems online, so I rotated the turret at the monster and opened fire. It exploded into a million globs of green goo. I was about to turn to Kara, a triumphant grin on my face when the incoming red dots on the targeting monitor caught my eye. Kara screamed into my ear telling me to drive to the nearest hangar bay.” More pics in spoiler: Quote

SpacerSteve Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 Wow! The tank is my favorite part. I like the small details that you added like the crane. If this is your normal build I can't wait to see your ship interior for the challenge! Quote
