marvinmalkowskijr Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 I wanted to put this up to get some thoughts as this is my first attempt at a Modular Library building. I was so inspired by the people at BrickWorld Chicago, I wanted to see what I could do if attempted my own build. There is things I want to change like the 1930 on top as well get an actual Library sign for the front. I am debating if I want to get a printed brick for it or attempt to find letters on my own for it. Quote
Kristel Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 There's some nice features in this building so far, like the front door and the texture in the facade on the upper floor. To me, the upper floor feels more like a residential floor though (maybe because of the flowers?), where as the ground floor seems more like a library building. Quote
Fireman5481 Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 Looks REALLY GOOD for a 1st attempt, or 2nd or 3rd etc.... lol Quote

Captain Braunsfeld Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Fine first attempt - keep it that way! Quote
ATonOfBricks Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 That looks awesome. What bricks did you use to get the texture? Quote
