Minifig Lecturer Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 As everyone probably knows, there are names and terminology (official and made-up) to descibe most LEGO pieces and parts, from baseplates to minifig hands and so on. I was curious to know if anyone had any favourites? Quote
Stauder Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 "Shop till you drop" :-P unfortunatly Ive never had the luck to be dragged home unconcious with a truckload of lego.... Quote
Shadows Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 SNOT. Studs not on top. It just makes me giggle. BURP. Big ugly rock piece. Ditto. A pattern is developing... ;-) Quote
john cleese Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 <insert that tiresome argument> Quote
UniqueBuilder Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 SNOT, BURP, LURP, CRAPP and Frown. :-D Quote
pietje Posted September 13, 2007 Posted September 13, 2007 What are "CRAPP" and "Frown" ?? *sweet* Quote
UniqueBuilder Posted September 13, 2007 Posted September 13, 2007 What are "CRAPP" and "Frown" ?? *sweet* CRAPP means Crummy Ramp And Pit Plate, a raised baseplate used in a few sets, frown is Hinckley's term for the new brown, which he calls Fake bROWN. ;-) Quote
SirNadroj Posted September 13, 2007 Posted September 13, 2007 Bley ~ I don't like the colour, but the name 'bley' sounds deragatory, so it works for me! Quote
Batbrick Posted September 13, 2007 Posted September 13, 2007 I'll go with Bley too, sounds cool even though the colour to me is annoying. CRAPP come 2nd because its initials basically sum it up! :-D Batbrick Away! >:-) Quote
Siegfried Posted September 14, 2007 Posted September 14, 2007 Harelquin version, which I assume means to build and ignore colours. I used to always build like that as a kid (had no choice :'-( ) , but it would just bother me too much now. Even when I was building a test air-compressor... ...I only ended up with one odd brick! :-D Quote
