i spotted this minifig head on bricklink and im intrigued as to where its from

According to bricklink (click "this part appears in 1 minifig") this head appears in the new 7997 trainstation, it is the head of the minifig holding the red cart on the left bottom corner of the picture.

Yep, I can help. It comes in the 7997 train station. I know this because I have one that I got in that set, and also because Bricklink says so.

It is! Nice figs (with nice heads), nice building and nice details! I've bought it twice, one for the station and one for the bricks.

Maybe my anwser is skewed, from a city fan :-P !
