I was trying to make sense of the discussion between the three of you. Why on earth would a townie be so sure of another persons alliance to stake their own life on it? Exactly. I think if Jarl flips scum, Cranebeinn will look scummier - Jarl's post reeks of bussing your buddy for towncred. No townie would be so sure as to stake their life on another person's alliance, so either he's a huge risk-taker and gambler, or he knows Cranebeinn's alignment for sure (and is his scumbuddy). From what I've seen of Jarl in other games, he's not that much of a gambler. Ergo, he is likely scum along with Cranebeinn.

I want us to get a lynch today, and it doesn’t seem like you’re be the best bet at this point. I still find you suspicious, though. But the case against Jarl is pretty convincing. Especially since he made it seem like it was a "one or the other" situation in regards to his affiliation and Cranebeinn's. If he turned up as scum, it wouldn’t automatically clear you as town. Just as voting for Lambi yesterday doesn’t clear Tarben. Plus the fact that he also voted for Cranebeinn yesterday, only after I had first voted, makes me doubt my own judgment a bit. And if there really is a reason to keep Cranebeinn around, then who am I to stop that from happening? Vote: Jarl Name-Loser (jluck) I also find Mist very scummy right now, but again Jarl seems to be our best lynch candidate for today. I sincerely hope we’re making the right decision here.

However, it would've made more sense to say that he was directly in touch with the blocker if this was the case rather then claim that some nebulous friend told him about it. It seems rather odd. I might have to sit down, but you actually make two good points here. I agree with you that the intermediary makes this odd, but also possibly more convincing. Crap, had a whole post and lost it. The forum software is pretty nifty at saving unposted posts... Pings and the such, scum reads, like with the blocker 'claiming', and him trying to find out who he is - suspicious. And Brand is the only person to email me at this point. I guess killing everyone in Unrest in the Forest finally ended the trend of everyone claiming to me on Day One. I feel lonely. In fact, it’s seems to me that even though the main controversy was between brand and tardin, somehow pudding head was in the middle of it all the whole time, driving the chaos.

Basically, you're suggesting I protected Lambi...from my own accusation. As far as pegging me with "driving chaos" having we watched Tarben sit back and just eat popcorn after stoking the flames behind the scenes twice now? *haven't not having.

I understand that he was involved because Brand PMed him about Tarben's odd PMs to him. I don't understand why you don't remember that. Why are all your quotes missing the authors? You'd have to manually take them out.

Furthermore, making an argument that Pudding Head is scum is hardly the same as defending yourself. That said, it is disturbing to me that several people were remarkably eager and comfortable hopping on your bandwagon. Reading through the most recent pages in this thread, I'm noticing that a number of people - Cranebeinn, Tarr, and Dar to name a few - placed their votes with little context besides, "He's acting odd; also, let's lynch someone." I will change my vote: Unvote: Mist (Mencot) Vote: Jarl Nameloser (jluck) I must say that I have received two PMs this afternoon from Mist claiming I am scum and that she has never played in a game with a traitor before. I replied that wasn't true because we both were in a previous Red game with a traitor. I believe Mist is that traitor and should be the focus of tomorrow's discussion and lynch. Especially after Jarl has just gave a link for a traitor to follow with instructions there is only four hours left.
