With two RC locomotives (and circular side windows!) equipped with two 9V engines each. Reminds me of the dutch royal train. The side detail on the locomotive is also very great! And i love how you build the curved front! Quote

I think your real loco is this: http://4rail.eu/swe/swe_gc_rc2nr1129_varberg_2010_600.jpg For more realism you could add one more layer of dark bluish gray plates to the loco bottom, and this you can build passanger cars one plate higher (for first look they seem to be flat). Duq Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 Nice looking train! Do they run like that in real life, with an engine at each end? The only thing that looks a littlle 'off' is the positioning of the bogies. Could you move them inwards by a stud or would that make them touch in corners? Quote

Probably because of the fact that the track from which this train usually is leaving Stockholm Central Station for Uppsala is a "dead end" track. Re the positioning of the bogies I received the same comment from Selander in Sweden. It's fixed and it works. I will post new pictures next week. Thanks. By the way, Duq, you remember we argued about the design of the Dm3, the legendary Queen of the Swedish Iron Ore Line? You won. This is the latest and final design with rods on all three segments. Images: Don't post images that are over 1,024 x 768 (or 768 x 1,024 for pictures with a portrait orientation) or are LEGO confidential. Images rarely need to be over 800 x 600, and any that are over 1MB (including GIFs) are not allowed unless there is admin approval. BMPs are never allowed. Avatar images should be 100 x 100 (and under 20k if hosted on EB), and may not be more than 400 x 400 (and 100k, even if hosted remotely). No animated GIFs are to be used as avatars. Before registering, please familiarize yourself with these tutorials to learn how to reduce your own images. Also, when quoting, don't quote images unless it is specifically needed. This just fills up posts with repeat images for no reason. We are deep linking your images because they are too large to be posted on this site. You need to downsize them before uploading them to Brickshelf. After down-sizing your images and re-uploading them, feel free to edit your posts. Quote
