Lego SDCC 2012

Hi, i recently bought a 2012 SDCC Lego Phoenix (Jean Grey) minifigure from Ebay, but when i compare mine with other selling at ebay, i found that there is something different, my minifigure head is a "Y-block" design (It is see through allowing air to pass through), but some other's are "recessed stud" with lego printed, may I know which 1 is the REAL minifigure from SDCC? Base on what I know, the other 3 minifigures from the same year SDCC, (Bizarro, Black Spiderman and Shazam) also having the Y-block design too, will lego produce the same year minifigures by using different head? Or they are just a custom printed by using the original lego head only? Really hope to get to know the answer and will not pay for exclusive but at the end getting a reprint item!!!!
