About 5k in pieces. Took 2.5 months to design it, and another 1 month ish to get the parts and build it.

The "wheel house" has a wheel ( ) in it. I thought about doing the internal section of the salon at a later time.

Very nice. Interesting choice of colour. I'm unfamliar with the details of the Jules Verne original story: was the Nautilus made of wood or metal? Anyhow - great looking sub.

It was made of steel.
