Widdi Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 This is one of my older CAD-Builds. It is a 8-story office tower with some Art-Deco styling elements, like the round bricks, which are in almost every floor. It doesn't have an open rear, but an extremely cramped interior, since I squeezed it on a simple 32x16 base with just 14 studs building width. The ground floor has a lounge and a small cafeteria. The upper seven floors are offices with partially different styling. The roof, looks a bit 1920-ish and has a little antenna on top. The instructions have quite small pics, because it's not modular, since I didn't know much about the modularity back in early 2006. It's intended to hold up to 15 minifigs in it's rooms. BTW: This is another one, which I would like to build in real bricks, too, but lacking the parts in their right colors and the money to buy them off BL. This is it, It's a quite small shot, due to the extreme height for just a smaller minifig-building. It's looking a bit phallic, but that's coincidence. Notice the narrowing shape when raising to the upper floors The complete instructions (61 steps) are here! PS: There are some mistakes (wrong part at step 15) in the instructions since I built this partially when very tired late at night (until 3am in two sessions). mFg Widdi Quote
