SirNadroj Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 Hello again. Here is my second Space MOC (based on my space aliens). It is a cruiser. I tried to make it look spacey, but with a feel of a hot-rod car. (notice the chrome) It is piloted by one alien. There is also a turrent on top, in case they need to take anyhting out! X-D I also gave it really big headlights, just for the heck of it! ;-) All feedback is appreciated! (Bottom) Thanks for looking! Here's the MOC page: http://mocpages.com/moc.php/36107 Quote
john cleese Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 Im going to use an expression i rarely use and that is cool beans. I really like this thing, its very much what i would expect to see aliens driving for fun and recreation. I rather like the big headlights they would be useful when landing on a dark planet. Quote
Asuka Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 A very neat color scheme, a decent use of chrom parts, a very sleek design. *y* Some working features like a cockpit opening or a trunk would make it perfect. X-D Quote
ZeekyBoogeyDoog Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 Lol, that turret strikes me as something that would be used in drive-bys in alien gang wars :-) This is really great, it makes me want to get into space Lego; I haven't made anything really spacey except for guns. And I love those Nesquik aliens with their goofy smiles and hard liquor *y* . Quote
john cleese Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 by the way what set did they come in? Quote
SirNadroj Posted August 24, 2007 Author Posted August 24, 2007 The alien heads were nesquik bunny heads. Quote

SirNadroj Posted August 24, 2007 Author Posted August 24, 2007 (edited) i still dont get it they dont look anything like nesquik bunnies. Anyway how hard are these to find and whats the price range? The head goes under a rabbit-type mask. Like the wolf from the stuidos sets, except this one has eyes cut out. The price ranges by country: $10 in Europe -$30 in U.S. But the white heads are really cheap and prevelant, which is weird. You can't buy the masks, but there are a million and one heads.
