Axle Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 Here is a film I made with the knight from the skeleton prison carraige, Please comment and sorry about the poor video quality. :-| :-( Quote
Hinckley Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 It's not bad! *sweet* You used the sound effects really well and did some pretty smooth stop motion. I'm not always quite sure exactly what is happening but the video quality is better than half of what other people post on youtube. I hope to see more from you in the future! *sweet* *y* Quote
Axle Posted August 23, 2007 Author Posted August 23, 2007 (edited) Wow! Thanks. I had another one uploading yesterday but it failed. Youtube takes so long! At first it was a test, but then I decided to make more. Edited August 23, 2007 by Axle Quote
Axle Posted August 23, 2007 Author Posted August 23, 2007 Thanks and there is another film uploading now (The one that failed to upload yesterday.) Quote
Axle Posted August 23, 2007 Author Posted August 23, 2007 Here is another fillm, sorry for double posting. Its 5:30 minutes long! Quote
El Bucanero Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 (edited) The story is hilarious! :-D Too bad about the film itself though. I don't have any experience with stop-motion animations, but I do think you should get some more... light.. And a background. Other than that, it's rather good. EDIT: Oh, didn't notice the second film yet, I was talking about the first one. Mr Tiber Edited August 23, 2007 by Mr Tiber Quote
john cleese Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 that guy isnt a knight, he's a lowly gaurd. Anyway great job on the vid. i would never have the patience for a stop motion film myself. Quote
andy_0306uk Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 Luv the story of the films but the light/focus quality is a bit poor (previous apologies accepted ;-) ) Quote
Axle Posted August 23, 2007 Author Posted August 23, 2007 I'm gonna try to get a new camera and micraphone. I might make a sequel to the unlucky knight. And the second film I posted, was actually made first. In every film I make from the ones I showed you now, you have to spot the toaster. X-D Quote
UniqueBuilder Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 I like it! *wub* The fight scene is lovely, and the idea with the skeleton is pretty nifty! *sweet* But the quality isn't good. *sad* You should get a background and use some more light. And buy a better camera as soon as you can! ;-) Maybe you could get some tips on Brickfilms? :-) Quote
Khorne Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 I only watched the first one so far, but I like it *y* . I love the way you 'killed' the skellies by giving them the old school skelly heads to get rid of the unholy red eyes which makes them 'alive'; very cool *sweet* . Btw, is the 1*2 white brick on the wall the toaster |-/ ? Quote
