Toltomeja Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Built especially for zbudujmy.to"]http://zbudujmy.to/]zbudujmy.to[/url]'s exhibition in Chorzów. You can see it in person up until June 28, as well as many other great creations from our LUG. Why not take the chance? FULL GALLERY: https://www.flickr.c...oltomeja/14y0vR The main sources of inspiration were Sychrov (Czech Republic) Kronborg Slot (Denmark), Rubenshuis in Antwerpen (Belgium), Fountaineblau (France). It took less than a month to build, but it was only the exhibition opening deadline that motivated me. This time I decided to make it cheerful and colorful for the kids visiting, rather than a medieval pile of gray stones as it used to be :) For the first time I'm able to estimate some parts used: - about 900 black slopes for the roof - 900 trans-blue plates for the water - 500 dark red plates for the brick wall - about 500 green leaves Sorry for the photos, as always I forgot to take my camera with me. These are work of my mobile (not as bad for a mobile camera, luckily). Look for more in Darek Mróz's photostream: www.flickr.com/photos/118497052@N02/with/17393316491/ Fun fact: it seems to be my 50th MOC so far. :D Quote
SimonJC Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Incredible! I love the colour scheme, it's amazing, and there is a genuinely consistent style through the whole scene. The flipper tiles look wicked, not just clever but also realistic. Quote
Full Plate Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Really great job! Nice architecture and a very cheerful feel to the scene overall Quote
peedeejay Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 This is absolutely lovely. I second the comment about consistent style throughout the whole MOC. Very realistic look. I love all the detail shots of the minifigs. Every single one is telling a story, which really fills the place with life. Quote
Blufiji Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 The archetecture is excellent on this. Great work! Quote
Balbo Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Incredible work I love the techniques you used for the houses . Quote
MassEditor Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Spectacular build! It is obvious one would need to see this in person to truly appreciate! Fantastic architecture and layout, though the empty spot in the bottom right corner is a tad distracting. Nevertheless, there are many details and techniques to like here. Great work! Quote
Jreacher Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Thats really cool. Looks like it was very fun to build. You have alot of good architecture in there also! Quote

Regenerate builder Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 I have had the opportunity to visit a few countries in Europe and this reminds me of many of the structures I have seen there. Great job! Quote
