Question about VIP early access

I want to get the new Ferris Wheel set on the VIP early access this week, I've never got a set this way before just wondered if it was online only through the Lego Store or can I go to my local Lego Store on Wednesday and they'll let me buy it there? Thanks.

Normally you can do both :) i can`t see why this should be an exeption.

I was wondering about this too. I haven't ever gotten anything early this way either. I was figuring they keep them in the back during the early access time? So have to ask for it and then they will bring out out for you.

They'll probably have them on display as you can just set up a VIP account at the till when you buy it if you want it.

The only thing stopping you would be a lack of stock and I can't see that happening.

My Lego shop always has the early access sets on the shelf. You just have to have a VIP account to actually but, but like others said, people can just open a vip account on the spot so it's not really a limitation.

^You're right, thats how they do it. I went down yesterday and bought a Ferris Wheel, and they were on the shelf, I think just had a tag saying VIP, or something. They asked me if I had the VIP membership and offered to sign me up if I didn't so could buy it.

Thanks for the replies everyone :) I got one no problem from my local store yesterday morning, they were just on the shelf as mentioned above. It's a really lovely set, so happy with it!
