Slurpifier Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Love it! The shaping is really nice, and the addition of those Mixel eyes gives it a nice cartoony look! Quote
deraven Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Oh my gosh… I'm not a huge fan of chibi stuff, but I'd actually be OK if this were used in official sets! Super-cute, but actually a really well captured likeness of a bantha. Quote
Juun Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 This could totally be from the microfighter series haha. Quote
Smitty500 Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Excelent! it looks like a cartoon. the shaping and everything is done very well. I don't care much for the eyes, but fits the chibi look Quote
Fuppylodders Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 Them lips hahahaha! Brilliant! Without a doubt a chibi bqntha, very well executed! Quote
rollermonkey Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 Chibi? Take the eye tiles off, and it'd be a spot-on brick-built Bantha, period, full stop. Quote
Balthazar Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 Nice Bantha :D I have always wanted to see it in Lego. Thanks! Quote
LegoPercyJ Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 Awesome! It is right on! Love the curved slopes, they make it look realistic. The eyes are great too! Quote
xadrian Posted December 14, 2018 Posted December 14, 2018 So, I've been trying to reverse engineer this guy for 7 months. Just can't figure out the internals. I assume a lot of 1x2x2 with studs are being used, but the spacing and placement is just baffling me. I've asked OP on flickr, but it's kind of an older build and they didn't have it anymore. Anyone wanna help a brother out? I've got most of it done in stud.io. Quote
