He saw it at a big box store and got to the register and the cashier said no dice. Should not be on the shelf. The manager said our mistake and sold it to him. It made him feel special.

That's an extremely impressive collection you got there. And congrats for snagging the Flatiron Building. If a review is to go by, it's gonna be a rewarding build and can be useful for when you and your son suddenly want to do an Architecture-style MOC.

Most Lego stores throughout the country are already selling it. It apparently is the only item that's new for May that wasn't street dated for the first.

But I think you need to find a Robie House for that collection...

and a Marina Bay Sands.

Sadly. My son got to old for legos around the time of the robbie house and missed out. The price is tooo high for it now. He would rather buy 6 pairs of sneakers than one lego
