I put the description through Babelfish:

LEGO Exoforce scooter ball. In two different versions. And adjust for tricks - letter as one wants! Exactly like LEGO individual putting and combination options permitted, this scooter ball permits owing to its sophisticated write system the most personal letter to the world. With the individually adjustable inclination of the point the pin adapts to each writing hand - even who writes otherwise "" krakelig "", writes with power the Pen QLever more beautifully. The point can be adjusted in 10 stages. The grasp zone is equipped with ergonomic grip recess and soft range for left and Rechtshaender and the metal fitting is made of brushed high-grade steel. Inclusive high-grade steel tie-clip with laser engraving.

Although I still have no idea what it is :-P

Maybe it is one of those pens that has multiple points that you can click down into place or switch by rotating one of the ends.

Definitely not a set though.

Well, the link isn't working for me, but form the description it definitely doesn't sound like a set. I agree, it sounds more like some pens.

Hmm. It is definitely a set of pens, but why is it called a Scooter Ball? That's what confuses me. I mean, if it was a mech shaped like Greivous' wheel bike, that'd explain something, but it keeps bringing up the topic of pens, letters, writing, and hands. *wacko* It weirds me out, just like everything else Exo-Force which is why I don't buy the stuff.

I'm pretty sure by saying 'Scooter Ball', they meant ball point, but just tried to make it sound exciting. I'm gonna say it means ball-point
