Courleciel Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 The outside of the Millennium falcon 10179 is super *sweet* but what about the inside ? Are there any images about that ? 8-| Thanks Quote
Lord Beckett Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 (edited) Well, maybe you can have a look at the Peeron Manual. Hope this helps. Edited August 8, 2007 by Lord Beckett Quote
SirNadroj Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 I think he means the UCS one thats not out yet. My guess would be that there has to be some interior if the whole thing is minifigure scale. But now that I look, there might not be since it is an UCS set, meaning its more for display than play. *wacko* Quote
Courleciel Posted August 8, 2007 Author Posted August 8, 2007 Yes but it is for the old Falcon (7190). I search for the new 10179. ;-) Quote
Lord Beckett Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Oh OK, sorry then, I got it all wrong :-D Quote
Courleciel Posted August 8, 2007 Author Posted August 8, 2007 In fact I ask me if the inside of the ship is elaborate ? you understand ? (escuse me, I'm french). :-$ Quote
Siegfried Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 I am 95% sure that this Falcon is designed for swooshing (if you are strong enough!) only. No play value is inside. From what limited pictures are available it seems it is pure structure inside. Quote
Courleciel Posted August 9, 2007 Author Posted August 9, 2007 -> jamie75 you are a genius. *y* Where are you discover this new pictures ? Hey , have a look on Luke. This hair isn't the same that usually. ;-) Quote

Courleciel Posted August 9, 2007 Author Posted August 9, 2007 oh sorry. I didn't know. So the inside is elaborate. :'-) Quote
dunamis Posted August 9, 2007 Posted August 9, 2007 oh sorry. I didn't know.So the inside is elaborate. :'-) As far as we know, there is no real interior to the Falcon (except the cockpit). What you are seeing in the photos are all the technic beams to keep the structure together. It has been reported that it is a fairly heavy ship and the beams are necessary to keep the structure together and hold outer shell intact. Also, it has been said that you can pick it up and swoosh it around the room. We shall see... Quote
Courleciel Posted August 10, 2007 Author Posted August 10, 2007 For exemple, is there the table of Sabacc ? Quote
Big Pete Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 For exemple, is there the table of Sabacc ? as far as we know, no there isn't. the interior is limited to the cockpit and the laser cannons part. The rest is completely taken up with structural beams etc that bare no resemblence to the real interior of the ship ... they are there purely to make it sturdy enough to hold and "swoosh" or even hang it from a ceiling (!!). Quote
Courleciel Posted August 10, 2007 Author Posted August 10, 2007 (edited) there is no image of interior with front of the ship. Is it like the back ? :-/ Edited September 8, 2007 by Courleciel Quote
Big Pete Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 there is no image of interior with before the ship. Is it like behind ? :-/ sorry, not sure I understand the question !? Quote
mutley777 Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 There is no interior to the UCS falcon! I can not remember where i read the interview with the set's designer, but in it he said he had to make a choice of sturdy construction or detailed interior. He went for the sturdy construction route :-) Quote
natelite Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 Sturdy vs interior? That's kinda a no brainer. Since it is so large, if I were the designer, I would go for interior over sturdy. No way would I be thinking of swooshing a 30 pound lego model. But whatever..leaves room for yet another ucs mf! :-P Quote
Lord Beckett Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 Do we need all these Millenium Falcons, is someone planning to build a fleet with them? :-| Especially when the other versions are not bad... Quote
Courleciel Posted August 12, 2007 Author Posted August 12, 2007 Ah .Perhaps in another version. |-/ But I owe reconnaitre that it is very well nevertheless. *y* Quote
Courleciel Posted August 20, 2007 Author Posted August 20, 2007 Can we put a figurine in the turret inferior? Quote
natelite Posted August 20, 2007 Posted August 20, 2007 Well, no. you don't need so many MF. But I kinda wish they just do it right the first time. If it was UCS, I would have thought it was meant for display only. If that's the case, it would have been the greatest set ever if it has an interior where you can lift open a portion of the exterior to show the interior. That would have been PERFECT BLISS! Oh well, I hope they come up with an interior decoration set release for the MF! Quote
Courleciel Posted August 24, 2007 Author Posted August 24, 2007 Yes, I understand. Would it be possible to have a perfect Millennium Falcon? 8-| Quote
Courleciel Posted September 7, 2007 Author Posted September 7, 2007 Hey, I never see this image. It's a news ? Quote
Courleciel Posted September 8, 2007 Author Posted September 8, 2007 Has anybody seen this picture? :-| Quote
