Where do they go to the bathroom? The Friends sets have lots of toilets but there are none in the Elves worlds. Is the world their toilet? Quote

Just like in many other fantasy themes where all the species/races can communicate. Where do they go to the bathroom? The Friends sets have lots of toilets but there are none in the Elves worlds. Is the world their toilet? Friends is a girly city-based theme. You tend to find toilets in cities. In fantasy worlds there is no toilets. Washrooms don't make much of an adventure locale.
