I remember seeing either a magazine or catalog calling either this guy or this guy "Tattoo Mague" (spelling may be wrong) years ago.

I didn't see it in the Mania magazine scans, and I can't find the old S@H catalogs. Does anyone remember them naming that guy? Does anyone have a copy of that?

The name is spelled Tattoo McGoo

Thanks! That certainly explains the names I used in this story. pirate_laugh_new.gif

I wasn't able to find those names in the magazine scan, though. I wonder if the scan is incomplete. I'll have to look at my copy when I get home.

That's quite a story! Gave me a good laugh at least. As for the magazine scans/original, I would be of no use.

I have more, and apparently I had vendetta over Fright Knights because my parents told me stories with witches were evil or something.

That is an interesting little story. I haven’t seen that one before. Where did it come from?

I have a link for some scans of the LEGO Mania Magazine where Tatoo McGoo, and a few other pirates are named:

McGoo is on page 4.

I wrote that story when I was about 7 or so.

I was looking at the scans on that page, and I missed that. I was looking for it to be in a more prominent location. Thanks!

Those are some neat little stories you wrote there.

I remember once, somewhat jokingly, turning a little story based on some Robin Hood pictures into a LEGO Castle reference during computer class. But that has probably been lost to the ages long ago.
