I was in contact with the Australian customer service rep via email most of the weekdays last week. The details of which I will spare you, but there was a healthy conversation going back and forth via email. Then the last I heard on the unsettled issue was Friday night (6 Feb) Australia local time. Have not had a reply since then.

Anyone been in contact with them since after Friday night? I'm not talking about any automated replies but an actual human correspondence. Thanks.

By the way, is the Australian rep based in US or the UK or somewhere in between?
