They lost me at "legos" Interesting, but I don't see how useful it will be except for those who don't have access to LDD but have lots of DUPLO

Judging by the liberal use of "LEGO" everywhere including the actual PRODUCT name, I'm guessing this is either:

• A student's design concept, akin to "hubless bicycles"
  
• A real thing which will get destroyed by legalese
