ObadiahPoundage Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 Hi Folks, As per thread title, I'm having exasperating issues when trying to log in to my VIP account on the GB site of Lego.com. I can log in to my basic account but nothing happens when trying to access my VIP account. I've contacted Lego CS. They suggested deleting my cookies but It's not cookie issue as unable to access on Laptop, smartphone or Ipad. I deleted them anyway but made no difference. Has anyone had the same issue recently? thanks Quote

And this is the second time it's happened to me in as many months, and last time by the time CS responded the error had fixed itself, so I'm hoping this time it'll be fixed by tomorrow. And it always seems to happen when I want to place an order, funnily enough. Quote
