Grand Moff Viceroy Posted July 22, 2007 Posted July 22, 2007 (edited) I bought the sith infiltrator yesteerdya, in the us! They didn't have the mtt. It said limited edition, strangely. Bloodfin is nice but maul's cape keeps making him go up. The foward part slips off easily and the rockets can be stored in the supply place. Mine had a demented piece, but I cannot take pics right now. The landing gear needs to be lowered more than it tells you to if you want it balanced. I am inspecting the ship for analysis X-D This is the demented piece. Edited July 22, 2007 by Grand Moff Viceroy Quote
Axle Posted July 22, 2007 Posted July 22, 2007 Please post some pic reviews! I'd love to see this ship. Quote

Professor Flitwick Posted July 22, 2007 Posted July 22, 2007 I belive Axle mend write a review with pics. Cool looking set, in my opinion, it looks better then they orginal. Quote
Zarkan Posted July 22, 2007 Posted July 22, 2007 Nice pictures, Moff! I still don't really like the new version that much though. I'm not sure why, but something just seems a little strange about this incarnation of the Infiltrator. On the plus side, the speederbike is *wub* ~~END~~ Quote
Corvus Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 At the very least it has landing gear... 8-| But yes, the speeder bike is *wub* Quote
maiq the liar Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 I understand them wanting to cross-market System into Bionicle through making playsets, but perhaps it'd be better accomplished (and make kids hungry to buy more sets and moc further) if they made "weapons packs" for the canister guys, or the same canister guys, but in a "deluxe", Systemized price point. Speaking of LSW, when's that TIE crawler coming out? Quote
Legoman Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 the box difference is strange, my box was very different as you can see in my reveiw ferther down the page.thanks Quote
Ras 74 Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 "I got the Scimitar!"First I was thinking "To bad to hear that", since it sounded like a disease.Good to know it was something else... X-D Nice pics! I like this set, but I think it will need a bit of a touch by my magic hands ( ;-) ) (as usual)! Quote
Asuka Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 Thank you for that interesting review, Grand Moff Viceroy. *y* Well, that ship is interesting, although a little blocky.... Quote
Grand Moff Viceroy Posted July 23, 2007 Author Posted July 23, 2007 (edited) Thanks everyone for comments! :-D :-) First I was thinking "To bad to hear that", since it sounded like a disease.Good to know it was something else... X-D Nice pics! I like this set, but I think it will need a bit of a touch by my magic hands ( ;-) ) (as usual)! The Scimitar is the name of the Sith Infiltrator and Bloodfin is the name of the speeder. You need to take the laser cannons and use them for your lightsaber. How ridiculous is that! I hate flick-fire cannons! The box is different from the official pic on brickshelf. Edited July 23, 2007 by Grand Moff Viceroy Quote
Piranha Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 (edited) Just bought this set and I love it *wub* Sure there are alot of large pieces but I don't care Some thoughts -I like the cockpit it allows the speeder to placed in easily -I would have liked a spare place for it though -Mauls Cape gets in the way of the door -Darth Maul is awesome 8- Edited August 15, 2007 by Piranha Quote
jamie75 Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 Just found this at my local TRU, no sign of the Republic Cruiser, Hoth, or the TIE Crawler. I like this ship a little more the the original, the front has more shape to it, but, I wish they would have took a different approach to it. I'm not sure the slopes they used were the best choice. But, still a great ship and very cool set. Buy it!!! Jamie Quote
john cleese Posted August 24, 2007 Posted August 24, 2007 Its way better than the original IMO, sleeker and its well designed all things considered, i may pick one up even, and its been a while since ive bought a SW set. Quote
JimBee Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 i guess thhis is cool, the two mauls are different though: the old one has smaller eyes and smaller red tatoos, while this one has more cartoony eyes and more obvious horns and more red on his face. the ship is not very playable at all; the front breaks off very easily, and the fold down cockpit breaks too. this set should be for display only, but the features (probe droids, speeder, lightsaber, flick fire missles, binoculars, open cockpit, storage area) suggest a playabilty factor; actually it has many playability factors. but the ship is way to unsturdy... nice review, although it could use more commentary. ;-) but i dont suppose youll be replying... Trudop561 Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 This is a nice ship. I didn't have the luck to have it because I had already too many sets but I would buy it if it was re-released. I like the colors, the R4 astromech droid head and the ep.3 obi wan minifig (I have just one of him). Thanks for this review. Quote
