Has BattleFront 2 been confirmed?

I can never tell if it's just fan boys dreaming or if it's real over on the lucasarts forums. Has it actually been confirmed? Thanks in advance

I would love to see a sequel to Battlefront as it was a great game, but I doubt they will release a new game just to cover the battles of ROTS, especially when some of them were coverered in the first game. Plus, there are 2 other star wars games coming out soon so I don't think we will see a third.

Some ppl at Lucasarts are saying that it has been confirmed, they have no evdience thio so Im just really confused :/

Well TFN has said it's confirmed and it has an article in the newest PC mag. SO I think it's safe to say BF2 is on the saw. YEY :oD

Do you have a link? It will be interesting to see what exactly is on the game since the last one covered pretty much everything.. unless it is a different style of game?

I've always loved the Space battles in the Assault mission in UT2004. Anyone know any game that's futuristic and involves blasting spaceships that's fairly new?

Well, i just read that you can have like boarding parties and stuff. :oD :oD :oD

You could get a transport, fly it into an enemy ship and blow it up from the inside. :-D

I think the ships are destructible command posts, but i am not sure :/

I also know that they have a tie interceptor :oD :oD :oD

and you are able to be jedi, but the arcticle said that they are not unstoppable and that you have to earn them from the campaigns... :'(

i think it has been confirmed.i saw this awesome video.i dont really know if i can get a link for you.

try typing star wars battlefronts in your searcher up there and maybe you will see it.

the game looks soooo much better.in the videos the first one is about the rebel soldiers in the tantive IV fighting the stormtroopers.darth vader appears and pretty much kills the rest of the rebels.

in the second video the episode three clone troopers have a pretty major battle with the seperatists.both sides get some big casualties.

the other videos are boring stuff like they go around showing you the worlds that you can fight in.from what ive seen you can fight in naboo and the coruscant and like ive mentioned,the tantive IV.
