SilenWin Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Hello! I'm glad to present you my modification of great Madoca's trial truck. Chassis is almost the same as original, but I used two buggy motors and added planetary reduction gears into wheels (thanks Efferman for idea). I also added a winch, which was strong enough to lift the truck. And the main feature - SBrick! This little thing is pretty awesome! No more chasing models at extremely low range (especially in sunny days). Although Android app is now has "alpha" status, it's great pleasure to control any type of models. So, truck turned out very powerful and easy to play with it even in extreme offroad conditions. More photos This is test video, later, I'll post a more detailed review (when I get my second set of 3rd party tires) Thanks for watching! Quote
Awaken_M1nd Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Неплохой мод! Ждем более детального видео Nice MOD! Waiting for detailed video. Quote
MajklSpajkl Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Did you have two 9V batteries and two SBricks? One for each RC motor? Looks really cool Quote

TinkerBrick Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Looks great. I really like your custom drop-in battery pack. How do the 9V blocks last? Quote
SilenWin Posted January 10, 2015 Author Posted January 10, 2015 Looks great. I really like your custom drop-in battery pack. How do the 9V blocks last? Thanks! With low loads they last about hour, but with heavy load (climbing in snow for example) voltage drops in 10-15 minutes. Quote
Technic156 Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Nice, I like the color choice! I also made Madoca's 813 and waiting for few last pieces to arrive so I can post it. Quote
Saberwing40k Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Cool mod, I like the new white color scheme. Also, it seems as if third party tires make every model better. Quote

Maybe they just look more realistic on offroad vehicles? Now I'm also working on custom snowchains, but after making 4 of them my fingers look not fine Quote
SilenWin Posted January 29, 2015 Author Posted January 29, 2015 (edited) Update: Finally I made a snowchains, and finished a new video. Hope you like it! Edited January 29, 2015 by SilenWin Quote
