alsielou Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 Hello there, I'm a relative newbie to this scene. I've always loved lego, but haven't played with it since I was a kid. My brother inherited all our town sets, however I'm very happy to say I've still got all my Fabuland collection. I have three kids - miss 7yo who loves lego, miss 4yo who said 'no thanks' to lego for this Christmas, then added "I'll probably like it next Christmas", and mr 2yo who really really really wants to play with his sister's little lego but he does seem to be very careful with it so he's allowed to, under close supervision. Sooo... now that my oldest is keen, and the youngest is no longer trying to eat it, I've decided its time to start building my own sets that I've been collecting for the last few years, the winter village sets. I really love this theme, with a passion, and so I've also just purchased some extra white bricks for a snow layout. This forum has been a wonderful resource of ideas and inspiration to me and I hope that before long I will be able to post pictures of my own creations. Quote
