(http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=553px2) But there is a slight difference on the back side printing between them. There is a box on the back of his head with two dots above it. Some of them then have a dot inside the box, and others have an open circle inside the box. I can not find these two listed separately on bricklink. Do any of you know, were they from different episodes? Quote

I have plenty of those, although it is unknown if that was a misprint, or a little 'easter egg' on LEGO's behalf... Either way I'd like to think it was the designers having a bit of fun. Anyway, onto the actual post, I haven't noticed any difference between my two (I know, only 2 of the original R2D2s is disgraceful...), in the past, but I will have a closer look... Could you post pictures? Quote
