There seems to be much better movement of forks now. Good work. I'm excited to see what else you will do with the chassis.

Is there a adder/subtractor mechanism, or similar to prevent vertical movement of the forks when sliding them horizontally? If there is, can you show us? I'm thinking of building such a mechanism for a tower crane, so it would be interesting to see it.

The mechanism of a tower crane is exactly what iam using. The end of the rope is bound to the forkside of the sideloader. Then the rope is, guided by some wheels, routed over the fork tower, then to the winch on the driver side.

i think You should make The movement faster, is it possible? You Will have more realistic MOC And also if you want To do a video it will be little bit boring :( anyway I really like you work And The mechanisms used in this Moc :)

Efferman I do like but I agree it needs to be a bit quicker. In my opinion you could have used racks and worm gears to slide the sled....or a LAs.

Third choice chains!

But again....this mocs looks great to me!

The second chassis Version is almost done. The frame is more stiff, the steering has now ackermann geometry but a bit less steering angle.
