Yes, the rim is attached with the light grey technic pin and the wheels do the roll roll roll :D

The blue one looks if it's from a James Bond film, actually I like the tan Hummer style model the most.......Brick On in the snow 'Peteris_Sprogis' !

Good part usage - I particularly like the Bad Robot arms on the rear of the Tan vehicle.
