[HELP] Alternative Propeller Blades for 8434

So i have this 2004 set waiting to be built, but those Bionicle Katana weapon blades for propellers are HORRIBLE!

I guess in 2004 that was the only type of part available to imitate a propeller blade.....but are there any better alternatives now?

I was looking at this part as a possible alternative and its in Flat Silver....but its 16L...too big?

What about new blades? These are 4 studs shorter, but are more realistic.
